In few words
Dario has strong academic foundation in Political Science and EU Studies; he has consistently sought to apply this knowledge to the practical fields of European project management and consultancy. His experience spans from innovation consulting for major institutions at CARSA International to preparing international tenders at Technopolis Group Brussels. Through these roles, he acquired hands-on knowledge of EU funding mechanisms and project management activities. Dario has also actively contributed to social transformation through the European Solidarity Corps volunteering.

- Expertise in the ideation, design and implementation of European and international projects, coupled with a proven ability to prepare and submit competitive tender proposals in the cooperation, innovation and cultural sectors.
- Researcher and writer in Latin America geopolitical issues at the Iberoamerican Institute of Salamanca.
